KUKA RDW2 Relay input module

The measurement range of KUKA RDW2 is 0~360 degrees, but special models can also realize multi-turn measurement. The outlet end of the encoder leads out 10 wires, 2 of which are connected to 24V and common (COM) terminals respectively, and the other 8 wires of different colors are connected to the first 8 terminals of the PLC input end, namely (00000~00007). The angle of the encoder is transmitted to the PLC by using the scissors shaft to drive the encoder, and then to the display screen by the PLC, so that the stop angle of the loom can be accurately grasped through the human-machine interface

The main body of KUKA RDW2 is composed of CPM1A (30 point input and output) and 20EDT transistor expansion module (20 point input and output). The CPM1A programmable controller has two rows of inlet terminals and two rows of outlet terminals, which are divided into upper and lower layers. A communication line is connected to the display screen to monitor the operation of the loom.
