The SBM2 input points 00000~00007 are connected with 8 output signal lines of the encoder. The input point 00008 is connected with the weft detector output ws to receive the given signal of the weft detector. The 00009 point is connected with the handwheel protection switch hw. In order to detect the operation of proximity switch and weft finding proximity switch in time, points 00010 and 00011 are respectively used to reflect the operation of the idle proximity switch and weft finding proximity switch, so these two points are respectively connected to the idle proximity switch (sm) and weft finding proximity switch (pf) of the loom.

The 00100 point is connected with the oil pressure signal sp. When the oil circuit fails, KUKA SBM2 receives the sp signal, and the warning of low oil pressure is displayed on the display screen. 00101 point is connected with the warp stop switch (js). When the loom is running normally, once the warp stop switch (js) acts, the loom will stop working immediately. According to the operation needs, the 00102 point of PLC is connected with the fast button, 00103 is connected with the slow button, 00104 is connected with the inching button, and 00105 is connected with the rotary button.
