The HIMA X-CPU 01 system module is a central processing unit (CPU) module in the HIMA security system, mainly used to perform logical control of the security system and process security related data. This module performs data processing within the HIMax system, processing up to 32 user programs, executing all central functions including communication, and handling redundant functions of up to 3 additional processor modules. In addition, it also communicates through secure Ethernet, creates and stores CPU events, and stores events created by I/O modules.

The HIMA X-CPU 01 system module has high reliability and adopts redundant design to ensure the normal operation of safety critical systems. At the same time, it complies with the SIL (Safety Integrity Level) standard, providing high safety performance to ensure the safety performance of the system in case of faults or abnormal situations.

This module supports multiple programming languages, such as C, C++, etc., making it convenient for users to customize development and programming. Meanwhile, it provides multiple interfaces such as Ethernet, serial port, CAN, etc., facilitating communication and connection with other devices.

In terms of application, the HIMA X-CPU 01 security control system supports multiple communication methods, such as RS-485 Modbus RTU, Profibus DP, Ethernet OPC, and Modbus TCP, and can seamlessly connect with various mainstream DCS manufacturers. For example, in the FSSS (flame safety monitoring system) of the 230t/h circulating fluidized bed boiler at the Vietnam Gao'an Power Plant, the HIMA X-CPU 01 system module is used to achieve important functions such as blowing before boiler startup, fuel leakage testing, and furnace safety protection.
