The SR489-P5-LO-A20-E relay module is a generator management relay manufactured by GE Molin for the 489 series. This relay module has high precision, reliability, and stability, and can quickly respond to and handle faults and abnormal situations in the power system, ensuring the safe and stable operation of the power system.

The characteristics and functions of the SR489-P5-LO-A20-E relay module include:

Equipped with 5A phase CT secondary, LO control power is between 20-60VDC, and 48-62VAC when the frequency is between 20-48Hz.

The analog output of the relay is 4 to 20mA, and a 40 character display screen is designed to allow users to view value messages, diagnose, and set points.

The front panel includes a numeric keyboard, status indicator lights, numerical up and down keys, RS232 port interface, and control and programming keys, including reset, input, menu, menu up and menu down keys, which allow control without connecting to an external computer.

The rear panel includes twelve RTD inputs, six output relays, two RS485 communication ports, and four VT inputs. RTD is field programmable, and communication ports can use Modbus RTU or DNP3.0 protocol (or both), up to 19200bps.

The relay module is also equipped with four isolated 4-20mA analog inputs and outputs, as well as seven assignable digital inputs.
