3、 Installation and wiring
Cable selection: All shielded cables must be twisted pair, do not attempt tin plating (soldering) braided shielding. All signal lines should be shielded to prevent picking up stray signals from adjacent devices.
Cable preparation: Peel off the outer insulation from both ends, expose the braid or spiral and wrap it with a shield, but do not cut the protective cover. Using a sharp pointed tool, carefully unfold the wiring harness of the shield and remove a 6mm (1/4 inch) insulation layer from the internal conductor.
Connection method: Pull the inner conductor out of the shield, and if the shield is braided, twist it to prevent wear. Connect the shield to the control terminal and ensure that the exposed wire shield is as short as possible, not exceeding 50 mm (2 inches).
4、 Precautions
During installation and wiring, please follow the instructions in the product manual and ensure that all operations comply with safety regulations.
Avoid running shielded signal wires with other wires carrying large signals to reduce electromagnetic interference.
