2. Triple Redundancy Architecture (TMR)
Three module architecture: TRICONEX 3624 adopts a triple redundancy architecture, that is, all control, input/output channels, communication paths and diagnostics of the system are redundant backup through three sets of independent modules. When any module fails, the other two modules can continue to work normally.
Two out of three voting: Each module independently executes the same control task and determines the final output result through a "two out of three" voting mechanism, ensuring that even if one module fails, it will not affect the overall operation of the system.
Online fault detection: The system has online fault detection and alarm functions. When a module fails, the system will automatically detect and notify maintenance personnel, without affecting the normal operation of the equipment.
