Reliance Electric VZ3000 series is a digital AC servo controller that can be used in various applications, such as machine tools, printing machines, textile machines, laser cutting machines, and so on. This series of controllers can provide up to 30 kW of output power, supporting multiple control modes and encoder feedback.

UVZ3455 is a 55 kW inverter unit in the Reliance Electric VZ3000 series, including a bus unit, regulator unit, and IGBT unit. It has 5 analog command inputs, 9 contact signal inputs, 2 analog monitor outputs, and 8 open drain outputs. The inverter unit adopts IGBT sinusoidal PWM type full digital control with an input power supply of 460-715 VDCs. When using a standard type carrier frequency, the output is 140 rated amps, with a maximum instantaneous current of 210 amps in 1 minute. When using a low noise type carrier frequency, the output is 126 rated current amperes and 189 instantaneous maximum current amperes. It uses a chassis type housing with a height of 1173mm, a width of 210mm, a thickness of 335mm, and a weight of 27kg.
