Index of the first character to be entered in the FC block. dec1 ... decn: Decimal equivalent of the character to be entered. Several consecutive characters can be specified by their decimal equivalents. The conversion field for printer output, which is 256 bytes long, is stored from byte 16 in the FC.ORPA block. Bytes 0 to 15 are reserved for internal purposes.  (see Chapter 5.3.1) Definition by means of NEDA, e.g.: ”D,ANW,ORPA:3;” Original parameter set (see Chapter 5.3.1) The original parameter set of an existing function block (data set) is copied using the instruction ”D,type,bname;”. The data of the data set must be parameterized and linked just like those of standard function blocks. e.g.: D,ANW,1; P,1,100; Q,2,SUM,5,1; Function algorithm (see Chapter 5.3.2) The function algorithm processes the data from one of the data sets using the selected algorithm each time it is called. It is defined by the instruction ”D,type,PROGRAM;” followed by TML instructions

Test algorithm (siehe Chapter 5.3.2) 

The test algorithm has the following functions, amongst others: – Checking of an entered analog value for retention of defined limits – Dynamic operating disable for individual data elements – Manipulation of data elements when accessing another data element. It is defined by the instruction “D,type,CHECK;“ followed by TML instructions (see Chapter. 5.7). The test algorithm is not called if data elements have been written into using TML commands or EAR/EBR blocks.
