Indirect element names (the name is in a different element in an S string) are marked by “#”. Two bytes (hexa) are issued, instead of the name, which indicate the element number and the byte number of the S string identifying the location of the element name.Configuration uploading output using A,... is the same as for the screen. The header line has been shifted and the continuation code “*” consistently placed to position 63. The configuration uploading output is paged; scrolling must be dependent on the continuation condition. Selection of the last page using “F;” contains an automatic “AE;”, i.e. the last page also contains data referring to type, block and length. The configuration input instruction “AE;” is thus not compulsory. If it is entered, it implicitly causes an abortion of the configuration updating output.

An output is terminated without syntax check if “AE;”

 has been entered and editing has not been performed during configuration uploading. The following line is displayed in addition to data type, block and length: xxx Output end without syntax check. Using “Z;” for backwards scrolling or entering “F:no;” for direct page selection is permitted in NEMO. The compiler delimits the output length of NEMO lines to 80 characters (net). “IF” staggering in NEMO is output in justified fashion from the beginning of the line (as on a display) and not indented (as via the printer channel). The obliques marking the staggering are contained in the output.

The following rules must be observed

 for configuration uploading using “GE,7,6;” or “GE,8,6;” in NEMO: The first page is output via the configuration interface after the NEMO block has been selected. “F;” must be entered for each subsequent page. The output mode is exited automatically (“AE;”) once the last page of the NEMO block has been output. The end message must also be requested by “F;” if the continuation code “*” is shown next to the page number (the end message is displayed automatically when output is performed via a screen).
