GE IS200TRLYH1D Pulse input card

The GE IS200TRLYH1D is a power supply module manufactured by General Electric (GE) for use in their various industrial control systems. This particular module is designed to convert an input voltage of 24 volts DC into a regulated output voltage of 5 volts DC. It is part of GE's PACSystems RX3i family of controllers and can be used in a variety of applications including process control, factory automation, and machine control. The module features a compact design and includes overvoltage and short circuit protection to ensure reliable operation.

The IS200TRLYH1D functions as a Relay Output terminal board with Solenoid Integrity Sensing. This board has six plug-in magnetic relays. These circuits are Form-C contact outputs that are fused and powered to drive external solenoids. Bad solenoids can be detected through special feedback provided on each relay circuit. The board is typically controlled by the VCRC or VCCC board. It supports either TMR or simplex applications.

The IS200TRLYH1D is similar to a TRLYH1B board; however, this board has only six relays and is designed for 24/125V dc applications only. The relays cannot be configured for dry contact use, and input relay coil monitoring has been removed.
