RELIANCE UVZC3007 DC power module

RELAINCE UVZC3007 is a digital controlled servo frequency converter of the VZ3000 series. It is a 7.5 kW, three-phase, 200/400 V servo controller. It can maintain an input voltage of 200/220/230 VAC, 22 amps, and has a 50/60 Hz input and a 0/120 Hz, 0-230 VAC, and 22 amps @ 200 V output. It also has 380/400/440/460 VAC, 22 amps, 50/60 Hz inputs, and 0-120 Hz, 0-460 VAC, 22 amps @ 400 V outputs. Its short circuit system rating is 5 kA. It has a 440 watt built-in resistor capacity. It uses a 3.7-7.5 kW motor and a 30 A fuse.

RELAINCE UVZC3007 is a protected device within a chassis frame. It should be installed in a control cabinet system that is not exposed to direct sunlight and is not affected by air pollutants such as metal powder, dust, oil mist, and hazardous gases (flammable or corrosive). It uses a forced air controlled cooling method using a DC brushless fan. It weighs approximately 11 kg and measures 145 mm wide x 430 mm high x 303 mm deep.

The panel portion of the RELAINCE UVZC3007 is partially covered by a protective front cover. It protects the main circuit terminal strip, the control circuit terminal strip, and the overheat fault output terminal strip. These use M4 and M3.5 sized terminal screws. The front cover can be removed by unscrewing the two retaining screws on the cover. On the right side of the front cover are display lights, seven segment LEDs, down digital dialing, three communication ports, PG input ports, control signal ports, and PG output ports.
