APPENDIX B. DIAL PLAN CONFIGURATION 

This appendix describes how to configure the DialPlanPbx, DialPlanIntercom, and DialPlanExternal parameters. The dial plan applied is dependent on the realm that is assigned for the line (Reg.x.Realm). GE and PE realms use the DialPlanExternal parameter, GP uses the DialPlanPbx parameter, and GI uses the DialPlanIntercom parameter. The following table shows the syntax for dial plan entries and explains the results.

Dial Plan Syntax Entries

Indicates an additional time out period (n = seconds in length) before digits are sent. n is mandatory and can have a value of 0 to 9 seconds. Tn must be the last 2 characters of a dial plan. If Tn is not specified, it is assumed to be T0 by default on all dial plans. Note: The appropriate DialDelay* parameter must be set to 0 (disabled) if these timeout periods are used.
