⇒ If motors are returned to us, then please make a copy of the following Fault Report, fill it out completely and include it with the motor. 

⇒ If the motors are liquid cooled, then remove all coolant prior to transport. There otherwise exsits the danger of the coolant freezing over and damaging the lines. 

⇒ Add a copy of the fault report to the machine documents so that the user of the machine can have access to it in the event repairs should become necessary. This will ensure a rapid repair and help to quickly locate any applicationdependent problems.
