It is the machine builder’s responsibility to insure that the complete machine complies with the Machine Directive (EN60204). This circuit must simultaneously remove power from the drive’s motor power terminal TB1-11, TB1-12, and TB1-13 and disable the drive (by disconnecting J2 pin 37 from I/O RTN).
