If you cannot correct the drive problem, or if it is defective, return it to Pacific Scientific for repair or replacement. Return procedure 1. Call Pacific Scientific at (815) 226-3100 from 8am to 6pm Eastern Standard Time to get a Returned Materials Authorization Number (RMA#). Note: Do not attempt to return the 6410 or any other equipment without a valid RMA#. Returns received without a valid RMA# will not be accepted and will be returned to the sender.
