ADEPT 10332-2200 Axial displacement module

When this contact is closed, the control’s 9-Pin Sub-D communications port communicates using a Modbus RTU protocol and the control functions as a Modbus Slave device. The 2301D-ST can be fully operated and all control values monitored via Modbus communications. Alternatively Modbus communications can be used to interface with a PLC or plant DCS. Do not use Modbus communications to perform configuration, I/O test, or calibration.

PROCESS CONTROL ENABLE 

This contact is used to enable the process control logic when closed. In order for process control to work correctly an external 4–20 mA signal needs to be setup on one of the analog inputs to provide feedback for the process PID
