When you clear this bit to zero, the Hold Trigger signal is not driven onto TRIG1. When you set this bit to one, the inverse of the Hold Trigger signal is driven onto TRIG1, unless TRIG1 has been selected as the Hold Trigger signal by TRIG1INEN.Scanclock Output Enable – Determines whether the rear signal connector SCANCLK signal is sent out, in inverted form, to the TRIG0 signal. If CLKOUTEN is set to one, SCANCLK* is transmitted on TRIG0. If CLKOUTEN is cleared to zero, SCANCLK* is not transmitted on TRIG0.
