This field is inactive until a supervisor password has been set. Press ENTER to open a Set User Password window where you can enter a password of up to eight alphanumeric characters. To clear the password, press ENTER in the Enter New Password and Confirm New Password fields of the Set User Password window.

Password on boot 

This field is inactive until a supervisor password has been set. If the supervisor and user passwords are set and this option is enabled, you must enter a password (either one) during the boot sequence. Entering an incorrect password three times in a row causes the system to shut down. If only the supervisor password is set and this option is enabled, you must enter the supervisor password during the boot sequence. If no passwords are set and this option is enabled, nothing happens. The choices are Disabled (default) and Enabled.
