After the first restart of the computer following the installation of the extension module there is no message indicating new hardware. The extension modules are controlled and administered by the ibaFOB-D board only.

Driver installation 

The ibaFOB-D and ibaFOB-Dexp boards can be installed in the Windows operating system via plug and play. Note For information on installing the board on an older Windows system, such as Windows XP, refer to one of the previous versions of this manual. Please contact the iba support.
