The INDRAMAT 109-525-3201A-8 is composed of flow sensor and intelligent flow totalizer controller, which need external 220V AC power supply. In addition, the output terminal of intelligent flow totalizer needs external 24V DC. In order to improve the anti-interference ability during signal transmission and improve the accuracy of flow detection, twisted pair is used for signal transmission and a shielding layer is placed outside the wire.

The INDRAMAT 109-525-3201A-8 module needs to supply 24V DC power when working. Since the signal sent by the sensor is a weak analog signal, which is easy to be interfered, the signal is transmitted in the form of twisted pair with a shielding layer. The shielding layer and each FG end of the module are connected to the grounding terminal of the module, and finally the grounding terminal of the AD module and the ground wire in the power module are connected to the electric control cabinet together.
