KEBA CP033/Y Cylinder pressure monitor

The KEBA CP033/Y system detects the power grid parameters, meteorological parameters and unit operation parameters. When the conditions are met, start the yaw system to perform automatic cable release and wind control, release the unit brake disc, adjust the pitch angle, and the windmill starts to rotate freely and enter the standby state. When the wind speed monitored by the external meteorological system is greater than a certain value, the main control system starts the converter system to carry out rotor excitation. When the output electric energy of the generator stator is the same frequency, phase and amplitude as the power grid, the closing outlet circuit breaker realizes grid connection for power generation.

CP033/Y monitors the generator operation parameters and controls the generator coil temperature, bearing temperature and slip ring room temperature within an appropriate range through three cooling fans and four electric heaters. The relevant logic is as follows:When the generator temperature rises to a certain set value, start the cooling fan, and when the temperature decreases to a certain set value, stop the fan operation; When the temperature of the generator is too high or too low and exceeds the limit, an alarm signal will be sent and the safe shutdown procedure will be executed.
