The calibration software KEBA for SI232 module is very convenient to use, and its operation can be independent of the debugging of SIMATIC S7-200 automation system. Connect with the Com port of the PC through RS232 interface. In the calibration interface, input the weight of the standard weight, and send it to the SIWAREX MS electronic weighing module. Then, when the scale is empty, click the "zero effective" button, put on the 50KG standard weight, and click the "weight effective" button to complete the calibration immediately.

The PLC program can call the ready-made subroutine provided by SI232, which saves a lot of time to write the weighing program. It only needs to call a few variables of the subroutine, such as tare removal, zero marking, tare display, etc. As shown in Figure 5, the SIWAREX MS weighing main program is visual and easy to operate.
