The signal of PLCI is transmitted to the mixer PC after passing through KEYENCE KV-7500 and transponder RS4B5. The signals including main motor current, main motor voltage, temperature (rubber temperature, motor temperature, bearing temperature), rotational speed, equipment operation status, etc. are obtained from PLCI through this channel and processed and displayed on PC. The main motor current, main motor voltage, speed and other signals PLCl are obtained from the DC speed control device, and the field signals are collected by PLCl extension and sent to the CPU of PLCl for processing through the 2-core computer cable.

According to the needs, the CPU will transmit to the extended KV-7500 or the I/O board of the host computer or the upper computer PC of the PLCl. The analog signals of the internal mixer, such as the main motor current, main motor voltage, rubber temperature, power, rotor speed, and speed setting of the main motor, are transmitted by digital signals from the upper computer PC of the PLCl (internal mixer PC) and the upper computer PC of the PLC of the upper auxiliary computer, without distortion and high reliability.
