KONGSBERG MRU-M-MB3 motion reference device

KONGSBERG MRU-M-MB3 introduces pulse signal into the high-speed counting input terminal 0000 of PLC to form position feedback. The number of pulses accumulated by the high-speed counter (CNT47) reflects the position of the elevator. The value of the high-speed counter is continuously compared with the pulse number corresponding to each signal point, so as to judge the running distance of the elevator, the speed change point, the leveling electricity and the braking stop point. Theoretically, the leveling error of this control method can be within ± 1 pulse equivalent range.

MRU-M-MB3 adopts relative counting method. Before operation, the pulse number of the corresponding floor height is measured by self-learning method, and the corresponding 17 floors of elevators are stored in 16 memory units DM06~DM21 respectively. The floor counter (CNT46) is a two-way counter. When it reaches the floor counting point of each floor, it will add or subtract 1 according to the running direction.
