The positioning stop position of the loom is set on the KUKA MFC2 Chinese human-machine interface, and the PLC is realized according to the angle of the absolute photoelectric encoder, without the need to install the positioning stop switch mechanically. The warp breaking signal is directly transmitted to the PLC through the wire from the warp stop piece. The PLC realizes the positioning stop according to the angle of the warp breaking stop angle set by the user (set on the MPT001-C Chinese human-machine interface) and the angle signal of the absolute value photoelectric encoder.
