The motion and control of METSO A413160 (including the automatic selection and conversion of light sources with different wavelengths for color comparison) are realized by the high-speed pulse output port and the common DO port to select and control multiple micro stepping motors, wherein the motion positioning of the mechanism is realized by DI, high-speed DI and AI receiving motion and position feedback signals to control the stepping motors. The temperature of the thermostatic bath is received by the AI temperature sensor, and is driven by the electric heating element through the PID of PLC and pulse width modulation.
