METSO A413177 has many functions. It can realize most of the functions required for single-axis motion control, including point-to-point motion, manual control, speed control, torque control, and electronic gear functions. In this application, the servo works in the electronic gear working mode. There is a speed measuring roller above the warp shaft. When the warp shaft rotates, the yarn drives the speed measuring roller to rotate. An encoder is installed on the speed measuring roller. The servo tracks the encoder and moves according to the set gear ratio.
