When the MAESTRO 60X7/14 distributed control conveying system is applied to battery production, there are 130 self-driving trolleys on the 1m conveying track, which is no longer the stage of small batch production. Krups installed 70 turntables and about 140 stops on the track. Each 10 stops share a TBEN-L-PLC as the gateway of the customer's main controller. This greatly reduces the number of bus nodes required by customers.

MAESTRO 60X7/14 can use the DCS transmission to move the trolley to the parallel track, or use the turntable to change the direction. Unlike most traditional systems, TBEN-L-PLC can communicate with the trolley of the e-Cart system. The stopper is equipped with NFC (near field communication) unit to use TBEN-L-PLC as the gateway of the distributed control system to realize the communication between the main controller and the car.
