MTL 4073 Remote control card

MTL 4073 is designed to prevent the mechanical arm from hitting the back leg of the cow because of its slow speed and the rotating speed of the rotary table. Xinjie carries Intel in the solution ® CoRE ™ I7 processor, and use 5G network technology to fully move forward the key computing power to meet the demand of high-density data processing at the edge of the solution. In addition, MTL 4073 also uses a visual acceleration tool kit to accelerate the reasoning process of AI models, and uses FPGA to accelerate the 3D point cloud preprocessing process in 3D reconstruction.

MTL 4073 uses two PLCs, one master and one slave, to build the whole core control system. The data information between PLCs can be exchanged quickly and stably through EtherNet/IP network, which not only reduces the hardware cost of customers, but also improves the sorting efficiency and accuracy of the equipment. Integrate the real-time position of the grid and trolley, the cutting time and the cutting command, and realize the accurate cutting under the 2m/s high-speed operation through the precise underground material selection algorithm.
