MTS TBF120/7R servo controller

The expansion of the conveyor equipment with three directions through TBF120/7R equipment needs to transport the independent tray from the conventional line to the buffer device. Since independent RS485 ports are required in all directions, only one Turk I/O module is required to meet this requirement. The ultra-compact TBEN-S-2COM I/O module directly connects the serial port to the controller through Profinet on site, and can meet the RS485 function at the same time.

With the help of the laser sensor and the connected TBF120/7R module, each conveyor knows when to transport the tray. If other work needs to be involved in the existing process, it can control different conveying sections on two modular distributed operation panels. Functions such as controlled stop or operation of standby lines can be implemented.
