NMS CG6500C/8E1/8T1 Backplane

CG6500C/8E1/8T1 is used as the control element with 24 input/output points. With 4-channel high-speed pulse input, and rich communication serial ports, 1 RS232 and 2 RS485, it supports power-off holding function, MODBUS/RUTZ master and slave protocols, and is attached with 4g modules. Wireless data transmission can be realized by inserting cards.

CG6500C/8E1/8T1 calculates the length of the workpiece through the data fed back by the encoder, then controls the positive and negative rotation of the frequency converter through the output of the PLC, and finally controls the grinding head to grind the stainless steel pipe in combination with other output points, thus completing the pipe making process of the pipe making machine, such as pipe feeding ->grinding ->pipe cutting.
