The control system of the eight-position processing machine of the waterwheel turntable can be controlled by the 0574-A-0121 0574-A-0131 of 64 EtherCAT slave stations by HONEYWELL. Through the EtherCAT high-speed real-time bus, 15 sets of Hexin A4 series high-precision servos are connected to drive the boring station feed shaft, the tapping rotation main shaft, the tapping feed shaft, the tool spreading feed shaft, the tool spreading rotation spindle and the turntable rotation axis, and for the boring, tapping The tool position adopts absolute positioning interpolation, electronic cam following, and multi-section positioning functions to ensure the fast and stable control system.

Important Installation Instructions for 0574-A-0121  0574-A-0131 

Do not connect the battery until the CPU is installed in the rack and the rack is powered on. The batry may then be attached to either of the two terminals in the battery compartment. Once that is done, the CPU may be powered down and normal battery back up operation will begin. To save battery life, do not connect the battery for the first time until the CPU is powered up.
