Enable integrated recipe management

DSI020 connects the controller of the furnace production line to the company database, and the new system can integrate the recipe management and work order tracking into the control program and HMI, which is the last part of solving the problem.

The operator does not need to manually copy the formula parameters from another computer. The controller queries the appropriate process quantity (feed rate, distillation rate, temperature, oscillation period, etc.) from the database and feeds it to the control program.

DSI020 uses the embedded IoT engine of the controller to query the occurred alarms in the company's operation database, generate a string representation of each alarm (for example, "tempering furnace 204 overheat alarm"), and send the string through the text-to-speech (TTS) function to create a unique audio announcement to guide the operators to the specific equipment that needs attention.
