PILZ P1U-1NB supports VNC remote interface, custom vector icon, script programming and other functions. Android style HD display provides users with a friendly interactive experience. The motor is equipped with a 23bit absolute value encoder, and the power-off position is always saved, so the operation of returning to zero every time the machine is started is omitted.

PILZ P1U-1NB communication reads the running status, real-time speed and current position of the servo. When the current output torque of the servo is greater than or equal to the target torque or the output current of the grinding head is greater than the limit current value, the grinding head will move back for a period of time to prevent glass breakage. PLC controls the operation command of the frequency converter and monitors the operation status through RS485 communication
