POLYSPED PRD2-200 Digital input module

PRD2-200 performs specific tasks by running programs: rotation, transmission, traffic monitoring and reporting module status. Therefore, each module is completely controlled according to the development design, and all possible sequences are perfectly implemented. The factory controller is installed at a higher level and controls the entire workflow. However, the actual positioning sequence and status monitoring are the responsibility of each controller of the module.

The communication of PRD2-200 is realized through the bus interface, while the communication with the main controller is mostly realized through Profinet. Every 10 stops share a TBEN-L-PLC as the gateway of the customer's main controller. This greatly reduces the number of bus nodes required by customers.
