The actual PBI-6SA gas pressure proportional valve uses analog quantity control. Because there are differences in components of each proportional valve, if the output is calculated directly according to the proportional size, there will be a certain error. After the error is amplified by the booster pump, the error will increase, so closed-loop control must be used to ensure high-precision output pressure.

The common algorithm for closed-loop control on PBI-6SA is PID algorithm, which has the advantage of wide application range and can achieve good control effect when using appropriate parameters. However, it is not easy to adjust the parameters to the appropriate range when the control output is completely free of overshoot.
