Before the initial use of PSA300R-81, it is necessary to input appropriate process parameters (setting value, pressure holding time, upper alarm limit, etc.), and then control the structural parameters K1, K2 and K3 used to fill according to the proportion coefficient of the actual product. The adjustment parameter K is filled with a smaller value at the initial use, and then connect the tested container to start the test. At the beginning, the container is not full of liquid, and the pressure will remain zero until the container is filled with liquid, The pressure will rise immediately

PSA300R-81 needs to set an action range of the control algorithm. Before reaching the action range, use the proportional coefficient of the components to calculate an output (large error). After the output pressure reaches a rough range, use the control algorithm to approach the set pressure. After reaching the tolerance zone of the set pressure, close the stop valve and start to calculate the pressure holding time. When the pressure holding time is over, the pressure is still at the alarm value. The test passes, Then open the pressure relief valve. When the pressure drops to near zero, remove the container and complete the test.
