PULS SLA8.100 Channel input card

The SLA8.100 is used as the controller to heat the upper and lower temperature zones and the IR preheating zone respectively. The heat is blown to the temperature zone by the fan. During the heating process, the fan runs all the time, and the all-in-one machine heats by conducting the resistance wire through PWM cycle. The actual temperature is fed back by the three-way K-type thermocouple. The Gumei all-in-one machine adjusts the duty cycle of PWM according to the actual temperature feedback to control the temperature rise and fall.

SLA8.100 can be called according to different BGAs. The BGA chip can be heated locally by hot air, and the bottom of the PCB can be heated by a large-area infrared heater, which can completely avoid the deformation of the PCB during maintenance. The upper temperature zone and the lower temperature zone can be used separately through selection, and the upper and lower heating body energy can be combined freely.
