NI PXIe-5673 PXI vector signal generator

6 GHz, 10 dBm PXI vector signal generator -... PXIe-5673 has orthogonal digital up-conversion function, which reduces the time of waveform download and signal generation. It is a general vector signal generator (VSG) that can generate standard modulation formats, such as AM, FM, PM, ASK, FSK, MSK, GMSK, PSK, QPSK, PAM and QAM. PXIe-5673 can be used in scientific research, consumer electronics, communications, aerospace/defense, semiconductor test applications, software radio, radio frequency identification (RFID), wireless sensor networks and other emerging fields. In addition, you can use various software add-ons to generate modulated signals according to WCDMA, DVB-H, ZigBee and other standards. PXIe-5673 provides 1.3 GHz, 3.3 GHz or 6.6 GHz frequency range, and has 128 MB, 512 MB or 2 GB RAM.
