64 channels, ± 30 VDC, 32 Sink/Source inputs, 32 Source outputs, group isolated digital I/O device - The PCI ‑ 6514 module is an industrial digital I/O interface with eight groups of isolated channels. The programmable power on state feature allows the user to use software to configure the initial output state to ensure safe operation when connected to an industrial actuator. In the event of a computer or application failure, PCI ‑ 6514 can use a digital I/O watchdog to switch to a configurable safe output state to ensure that a failure state is detected and safe recovery occurs. Programmable input filters eliminate burrs/spikes and provide de jitter for digital switches/relays through software selectable digital filters.
